Its terrible, you must work on your codes and make sure the filters are working properly. The same day result of any change is not possible. The Alerts are working, but you cant find the changes, who made it ... Also your database is very old, its must be responsive and answer quickly. It keeps changing the results, while the filter is changed 2 min ago. Support team is not responsive as well.

This led to our queue system getting overloaded with over 10 million messages in no time, and new ones kept piling up.
