Very satisfied with the functionality of the app, easy to use, lots of options to satisfy every need. Additional thank you to the support team, which is very helpful and fast in solving possible issues with the theme integration. The app is really good and offers a lot of features. We had some trouble getting help from the support team but they eventually came back to us and Nabeel did everything to fix it.

I use Basic/Free Plan and its great for what I need. You can change and do a lot of configuration, size colors of letters, where you want to have the Banner, URL etc. Thanks.

Out of the clear blue sky the app just stopped working. No matter what I did I couldn't get it to work. I was baffled. But after some email hiccups with support (gotta love that spam folder) all has been fixed. Thanks for taking care of it. The app is simple and easy and that's all I need. (although there are other upgraded features, all I need is a simple announcement bar because my theme's announcement is too small and within the header) This bar runs across the whole top of the page and is nice, neat and perfect for me! Thanks for making it available.

This is by far the best customer service I have ever experienced! Ralfs replies to your emails and fixes things within minutes. Wouldnt have expected such efficiency from a free app, but customer support has been tremendously prompt wonderful! Oh, and the app works amazingly! There is no BS in this app, easy to use and customize (or if you can't, just email Ralfs and his team would do it for you in minutes).

App is very user friendly - think 'non-tech expert'! I set up my 1st FREE SHIPPING announcement in just minutes. Love the ability to change fonts and colors of the announcement. App does exactly what I need.

I use have used this app since 2020 to inform my customers of inventory issues, holiday announcements, etc. and it has been a great little app. However they just updated in Sept 2024 and it is now useless to me. All the templates are a list - so you have to click each one to actually see what it look like. It use to have almost unlimited space for announcements, now it is limited to about 40 characters (I did not count). regardless, I must now find a new app.
