I use Basic/Free Plan and its great for what I need. You can change and do a lot of configuration, size colors of letters, where you want to have the Banner, URL etc. Thanks.

This app made it possible to separate the 2. And it provides much more powerful features that a theme-based announcement bar can't offer.
