This tool is fantastic and has been incredibly helpful in upselling to our customers. The customer support team is also outstanding. We encountered an issue with H1 tags affecting some product descriptions, and Nikolov went above and beyond to help us understand the root cause—even though the problem wasn’t entirely related to the app itself but rather a mix of factors. Overall, an excellent app with a dedicated team behind it!

In a hold pattern to implement this app. While I like what I see with the app features, I can't spend any time implementing an app where they don't have the pricing structure figured out yet. It may be less than $30/month, but for all I know it could be $500/month. Will check back when they have this 100% figured out - hopefully the first part of March.

At first I was super impressed because it has lots of features & unbelievably customizable. Also, their support response was also very quick; however, after the first interaction I couldn't get a live agent anymore. Not sure why their chat support doesn't place you in a queue like most other apps - inconvenient in that sense. I would recommend if you have some patience.
