Great app! I’ve been using it on my store for quite some time now, and overall it offers excellent functionality and plenty of customization options. That said, there are a few small areas where more features could be added to give us even greater flexibility. The customer support is outstanding—especially N. Nikolov. He’s the GOAT! Always available, always kind, and often goes above and beyond to help with any query. I genuinely appreciate the responsiveness and professionalism, which makes the experience smooth and reliable. Looking forward to seeing how the app continues to evolve with future updates.

This tool is fantastic and has been incredibly helpful in upselling to our customers. The customer support team is also outstanding. We encountered an issue with H1 tags affecting some product descriptions, and Nikolov went above and beyond to help us understand the root cause—even though the problem wasn’t entirely related to the app itself but rather a mix of factors. Overall, an excellent app with a dedicated team behind it!

the service of Addly is 10 a full 10 for sure every time I have a question or I want something different they handle so quick and effective. this can not be said about allot of apps here . Addly got my vote

App davvero utile e ben fatta, facile da intuire. La funzione AI inoltre risparmia un sacco di lavoro ed è accurata. L'ho installata su più store e sto già vedendo risultati, sicuramente un'ottima app per aumentare il carrello medio. Aggiungo anche che l'assistenza è molto cordiale e presente. Consigliata!

First off, this app really helped me with what I needed. Almost exactly. The user interface is REALLY friendly. To top it off, I had some issues with the app. I messaged with N. Nikolov and they fixed ALL of my problems, in like 5 minutes. Amazing coder. I hope much success to this company. Cheers!

Wish I found this app when I 1st set up my store. It's so much better than the previous 3 similar ones I tried. Very easy to setup, use, and get working on my website. Customer service on the live chat is top tier and actually helpful and knowledgeable which is highly important to me.

App seems to do what it's supposed to do. Best part, there was some technical glitch I had, so I went to live chat. Actually spoke with a human and not a robot. Gave them screenshots, they fixed the problem from their end. Quickest, easiest time I've had with a minor problem being fixed, and from almost 10 years on Shopify that is a RARE treat indeed.
