My wife, who was 27 weeks pregnant, had a bad fall and ended up in the hospital while they monitored the baby. I never left her side. Meanwhile, one of the app's servers shutdown instead of rebooting during an otherwise normal update. I wasn't aware of this until I got home, which is why it was down for a week. I'm sorry for the inconvenience this caused.

Used to be great but for about 2 weeks now it has not worked and no customer support has responded. Unfortunately actively looking for a replacement. (broken app)

the application worked very well, but some functions were not adjusted after an update. We had to change apps because the owner said he would fix it, but the problem persisted 3 months later—a great disappointment.

It works well, when it works. But that's the problem. Half the time it doesn't process labels. Please fix! It's so annoying.

We just updated the app today to fix this issue. We changed the way that the labels are generated, so it no longer has to process them on our servers. It's much more reliable now.

It's only good when this actually works. When trying to create new labels, it gets stuck 'processing'.

We've recently updated the app. It no longer gets stuck on processing. The labels are generated in the browser now, instead of on the app's servers. It's much faster, and a lot more dependable now.

This app only worked 40% of the time. When the app did work it worked well but when trying to process labels they got stuck on the “Processing” step and never finish.

I have used the app for a couple of months and it saves me heaps of time and makes my addressing seem very professional. Unfortunately it doesn't work a lot and gets stuck "processing". support couldn't help

No support for labels that are not in USA Imperial. No support for Asian languages. Totally useless except for USA-centric organizations I guess.
