Wir können Address Ninja uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Die App verhindert unvollständige Adressen bereits im Checkout und unterstützt auch österreichische Adressformate zuverlässig – sowohl Angaben wie Stiege, Top oder Wohnungsnummer als auch numerische Schreibweisen wie „Teststraße 127/5/12“. Das macht sie nicht nur für österreichische Shopify-Shops interessant, sondern auch für deutsche Händler mit vielen Kunden aus Österreich! Besonders hervorheben möchte ich den außergewöhnlichen Support von Stephen. Alle Fragen wurden innerhalb kürzester Zeit kompetent, ehrlich und technisch fundiert beantwortet. Man erhält keine Standardantworten, sondern durchdachte Lösungen für den eigenen Anwendungsfall. Address Ninja ist für unseren Shopify-Shop inzwischen ein fester Bestandteil des Checkouts. Die App erspart uns unnötige und lästige Klärungsanfragen, vermeidet Versandprobleme und verhindert, dass Bestellungen wegen unvollständiger Adressen zunächst aus dem Versandprozess herausgenommen und später wieder eingeschleust werden müssen. Klare Empfehlung!
