The application meets expectations for limiting unwanted characters when filling in emails. Fast communication and helpful support.
Provides many options for restricting data entry for address, name, email, etc. This helps us as we integrate our Shopify data across systems that have more restrictive rules than Shopify does. The company is easy to work with and responsive to requests for help or changes.
Music to our ears. Cross-system data validation is exactly what we built this for. Glad the address restrictions are keeping things clean for you.

Simpel einzurichten. Man kann das Wording ändern, welches dem Kunden angezeigt wird. Perfekt. Endlich hat das nervige Hausnummer Vergessen ein Ende. Ich wünschte, ich hätte die App schon früher gefunden. Dann hätte ich ein paar graue Haare weniger. Sehr zu empfehlen. Chat Support auch sehr schnell und hilfreich.

Seit wir Adresse Ninja nutzen, hat sich unsere gesamte Bestellabwicklung enorm verbessert. Die App sorgt dafür, dass die Adresseingaben der Kunden nochmal kontrolliert werden bzw. erst gar keine Fehle wie fehlende Hausnummer oder falsche Angaben erfolgen. Vor allem bei DHL Packstationen war es immer wieder ein Pain – das ist jetzt auch endlich gelöst. Dadurch sparen wir uns jede Menge Nachbearbeitung, und unser Lagerprozess läuft viel reibungsloser. Insgesamt eine klare Empfehlung für jeden, der Wert auf fehlerfreie Adressdaten legt! Der Support ist auch wirklich klasse und schnell in der Rückmeldung und Umsetzung. As a user who values localization and translations in e-commerce stores, I was greatly disappointed with my experience using the Address Ninja app. Although the app promises the ability to translate all error messages, it turned out that this wasn't entirely true. Main Points of Disappointment: Limited Number of Languages: The app offers translations for only 10 languages, which is quite limited for a global audience. Unfulfilled Promise: The app description states that you can translate "all error messages," which proved to be misleading. Lack of Transparency: I only discovered the translation limitations after installation and attempted use. Importance of Localization: For my online store, translations are crucial, so this shortcoming is a serious obstacle. Inflexibility: When I contacted them about this issue, they cited "limitations" instead of offering a solution or timeline for improvements. Conclusion: While Address Ninja may offer other useful features, the lack of comprehensive support for translations is a major drawback. For online stores focusing on an international audience, I would recommend seeking alternative solutions that truly support multilingualism in all aspects of the user experience, including error messages. I hope the Address Ninja team will take this feedback seriously and improve their language capabilities in the future. Until then, I'll have to look for a more reliable solution for my online store's needs.
Thank you so much for your honest review! Unfortunately, Shopify has some limitations on the amount of data we can send to the checkout. As a result, we currently offer translations in "only" 15 of the most popular languages within the Shopify ecosystem. For all other languages, we have a fallback mechanism that works for 99% of users. However, we've noted your feedback and will keep you updated if Shopify allows us to implement additional languages in the future.
Moving from the custom checkout validations we had in place on checkout.liquid to Shopify's new checkout extensibility, we needed a solution that could achieve the same level of customization we previously had in place. Address Ninja was super easy to set up and their support team was top-notch as well.
