One of the most helpful apps we have added to our Shopify store We have been using Address Validation iO for a while now, and the latest update genuinely improved our workflow. The new email validation feature is extremely helpful. It catches small customer typos before they turn into support issues and it already saved us a few times. The address checks were already reliable, but the update made everything feel even smoother. The improved address suggestions, the country-specific rules, and the new layout customization options helped us block incorrect or incomplete addresses before orders were placed. Since the update, our return-to-sender rate has dropped noticeably. What I appreciate most is how simple and consistent Address Validation iO is. It fixes one of the most common problems in ecommerce: wrong addresses and wrong customer emails. It works quietly in the background, but you immediately see the positive impact. For any store that ships regularly, Address Validation iO honestly pays for itself.

Absolut empfehlenswert! Die App hat uns schon nach wenigen Wochen spürbar Geld gespart, vor allem durch die deutlich reduzierten Rücksendekosten und fehlerfreien Adressen. Die Installation war super einfach, und seit dem neuen E-Mail-Validation-Feature sind jetzt auch fehlerhafte oder Fake-Adressen kein Thema mehr. Alles läuft automatisch im Checkout und spart uns täglich Zeit. Der Support reagiert extrem schnell und setzt Feedback wirklich um, selten so einen Service erlebt. Klare Empfehlung für jeden Shopify-Shop.

We tested other address validation tools before, but they were overpriced or too clunky. Address Validation iO is the cheapest option we found that actually works well. In the first couple of weeks, it caught and fixed more than 10 incorrect shipping addresses that would have led to failed deliveries, saving us time, money, and a few customer complaints. Setup was mostly smooth, with the only small hiccup being the time it took to add the app blocks to our theme, but support helped us activate everything right away, so it really wasn't an issue. We also appreciated being able to tweak the validation messages to better match our store’s tone. If you're tired of fixing address issues manually or dealing with returns, this app is a great choice.

Sehr einfache Installation und Integration. Selbsterklärend und verständlich für unsere Kunden. Die App korrigiert für uns fast jede zehnte Bestellung, und in Hinblick auf die vermiedenen Rücksendekosten lohnen sich die paar Cent pro Bestellung deutlich! Auch einen kleinen Feature-Request hat das Support-Team zeitnah und genau nach Wunsch kostenlos umgesetzt - danke dafür!

Ich liebe diese App. Frage mich wirklich warum sie nicht populärer ist. Bei uns wars im Kundenservice immer so ein zeitlicher Aufwand alle Kunden mit fehlerhafter Lieferadresse anzuschreiben und dann zu schauen wann wer geantwortet hat und das ans Lager weiterzuleiten. Das können wir uns jetzt einfach sparen - bin begeistert! + Ich hatte eine Frage bzw. einen Anpassungswunsch und dieser wurde direkt weitergeleitet und in der Software umgesetzt. Besser gehts wirklich nicht.

Dies ist eine gute Alternative, wenn man ohne Shopify Plus keine Möglichkeiten hat, im Checkout etwas zur Adresseingabe ändern zu lassen. So kann man dem Kunden trotzdem sehr zeitnah eine Rückmeldung zur Falscheingabe bieten und falsche Adresseingaben bei der weiteren Bestellabwicklung verhindern.

Wir haben die APP getestet und sie funktioniert fehlerfrei. Kunden werden auf Adressänderungen bzw. eventuelle Fehler hingewiesen und können diese aktualisieren, ohne dass das den operativen Ablauf stört. Hilft Nicht-Zustellungen und somit Mehrkosten und Ärger mit den Kunden zu vermeiden.

Addressify is propably the only app, that can solve any address related problems e-commerce stores experience. Be it bad formatting or forgotten details, Addressify directly notifies customers on the thank-you page to edit it or reminds them via an automated e-mail that changes need to be made. All of that, in a true "multi-language" fashion where each visible text on the storefront can be fully customized, for all chosen languages. Looking forward to seeing what is coming next.
