I've just set up the app on my store and it was so refreshing to have support from a human being - with the option for video call. David was great! He helped me immensely. We discussed my issues, he explained the settings, took me through what they all meant and how best to work them to resolve my issues. What a great customer experience! By far my best support experience on my online retail journey so far!
