AddressHero is the go-to solution for solving the address problem in Shopify. One of the most valuable aspects is the seamless integration with Shopify and the focus on performing one specific job extremely well, without unnecessary features or distractions. Both the customer-facing UI and the behavior in the admin feel like the most native extension of Shopify an app can achieve. Something only very few apps nail. We process a high volume of orders and use Shopify’s features extensively across order and fulfillment operations, including the native post-purchase upsell that adds additional complexity. AddressHero handles all of this reliably. The app also offers a high level of customization, so you can tailor the address validation behavior to your exact needs. The support and the team is exceptional. Every question or feature request is handled thoughtfully and implemented quickly. Special thanks to Moritz for the continuous exchange over the past months and the incredible effort in understanding any problem and improving the product. Implementing AddressHero has had a significant impact on our customer support operations and reduced the time spent on the tedious work of handling undeliverable packages. I can fully recommend the app for stores of any size.

Super App! Hat unsere Adress-Probleme im Checkout gelöst. Tolle Features und sehr hilfsbereit was neue Funktionen angeht. Kommunikation mit Robin & Team top! Absolute Empfehlung :)

Neben einem schnellen und gleichzeitig sehr strukturierten Onboarding konnten wir bereits nach kurzer Zeit eine deutliche Verbesserung unserer Adressfehlerquote feststellen. Die Implementierung verlief super unkompliziert, sodass wir ohne großen internen Aufwand starten konnten. Wir müssen uns deutlich weniger Gedanken über potenzielle Adressprobleme machen, da diese frühzeitig erkannt und abgefangen werden. Das entlastet unser Team enorm und schafft mehr Fokus für strategische Themen statt operative Fehlerbehebung.

Habe die Lite Version getestet und nach einigen Wochen dann ein Upgrade auf die Pro Version durchgeführt. Seitdem sind die Adressfehler erheblich runter gegangen und wir sind extrem zufrieden.

Even correct addresses are being changed incorrectly; the database is extremely outdated, it's just creating more trouble for ourselves. The worst of the worst!

Does help avoid address errors that accidentally may occur. Input errors of street, ZIP or city are effectively corrected and ad so are name errors particularly related to mobile sessions. All in all the app helps to increase speed and correct deliveries.

Super App! Für mich war der Kundenservice super wichtig, da es ohne diesen bei immer komplexeren Apps immer schwerer wird.

Bevor wir AdressHero getestet haben, musste unser Kundenservice täglich mehrere Tickets wegen falscher Lieferadressen bearbeiten. Mit der App war es plötzlich nur noch ein Ticket pro Monat. Sehr beeindruckend – und der Support ist zudem extrem schnell und hilfsbereit.
