Brothers in Arms review for Address Validator AddressHero

We ship from Germany to over 20 countries so we get a lot of different address formats in our checkout. AddressHero flags around 18% of our orders. Mostly typos in the street name or a postal code that doesn't match the city. At four cents per order that math is pretty easy. Best part is that the check happens inside the checkout. The customer fixes it before the order even reaches us + for hard fixes the customer is able to correct it on the thank you page. Support also comes straight from the founders. We had a call with Robin and Moritz the next day on a config question and by the evening we knew what was wrong. If you ship internationally and have ever had an address correction fee on a carrier invoice or a return because of this you know why this is worth it.
