I just recently installed this app and had some questions about some of the features and capabilities. Toby from Adoric was able to help me quickly and answered all of my questions. I am looking forward in using this app.

I had an issue right after installing the app as it wasn’t working. I reached out to support, and they responded within seconds. In just two minutes, they had everything set up, and it worked flawlessly. Thank you!

prompt and excellent service and detailed YouTube video to help set up automations in Shopify for their pop ups. I just can't be f'd to follow all those instructions right now.

Customer support is so helpful and quick! It’s a real person - not just a chat bot - which was so much quicker. My problem was solved super quickly. Great app.

Great app for improving your customer journey and overall conversion across different phases around the customer journey. Also easy to use and the app owner is a very friendly and kind person. Highly recommended.

Great popups that are easy to set up. It seems like there may be some translation issues on some of them, but that was easy to edit. I did run into one problem with a popup but their support team was quick and efficient in sorting it out.

I installed this app and I was really unaware how to use it but I connected with 'Barak' from the Customer support and he helped me setup the whole campaign. Awesome interaction with the the Support team.
