Customer support is so helpful and quick! It’s a real person - not just a chat bot - which was so much quicker. My problem was solved super quickly. Great app.

I give this app a 4/5 due to the UI on the designer being slightly funny to use but other than that i enjoy using it and it meets my expectations also the customer support (Vladyslav) was very kind and helpful

Thoughtful staff and clear replies. 1 star deduction as I feel the chat function should indicate when an answer might be delayed because of time zone differences / increased traffic, or any other reason.

There were a few glitches to iron out which slowed down the process of getting the app up and running. However, the support team was extremely proactive and diligent in resolving the issues so, the app get's 4 stars but the support team deserves 5.
