I love this app! its clear and i can see where i need to improve performance of my store! I always get the support I need and my business manager Barak is always finding the best solutions for me!

This app has so many features and the customer service is amazing! I couldn't figure out how to set something up for different customer locations and Barak immediately helped me figure it out. I definitely recommend this app to all small/big business owners!

Used the free trial! Incredible service and gave me really insightful information, didn't go through because budget reasons, but definetly will get it in the future. Amazing app and really really good customer service!

So far, Adoric has been a life saver. Support is super helpful, they offer a wide range of features to upsell products and expand customer reach. They also provide great customization, allowing you to tailor their products to your needs easily. Their templates work great too and take care of 99% of the work.

Thoughtful staff and clear replies. 1 star deduction as I feel the chat function should indicate when an answer might be delayed because of time zone differences / increased traffic, or any other reason.

There were a few glitches to iron out which slowed down the process of getting the app up and running. However, the support team was extremely proactive and diligent in resolving the issues so, the app get's 4 stars but the support team deserves 5.
