I recently noticed a subscription associated with my account, but I did not intentionally use or subscribe to this service. I do not need this app and would like to request the cancellation of the subscription. Please cancel it and ensure I’m not charged moving forward.

very bad and so expansive for such a service and they charge as if the are helping you store believe me not the best. i felt as if i got scammed

They charged us without our knowledge, even though we had already uninstalled the app as per their guidance. I emailed them on the same day while in the free trial, but unfortunately, I was still charged. We haven’t received any response yet. I kindly request a full refund. I have already sent you an email regarding this issue.
