They charged us without our knowledge, even though we had already uninstalled the app as per their guidance. I emailed them on the same day while in the free trial, but unfortunately, I was still charged. We haven’t received any response yet. I kindly request a full refund. I have already sent you an email regarding this issue.
Hi Sai Creations We’d like to kindly remind you that we fully resolved your case by providing a full refund of $117 for the entire month’s use on April 11. Following Shopify Support’s advice, we respectfully ask that you update or remove your review, as the issue has been fairly and completely resolved. Keeping a negative review despite receiving both full service and a full refund is not reflective of fair practice. Thank you for your understanding
