Terrible customer support. I upgraded and paid for the subscription and it worked for years but when I had a problem and reached out to support several times to resolve it there was no response or action taken.
We’ve been using AMP Product Descriptions for several years and it continues to suit our needs perfectly. It allows us to present our products clearly and professionally, giving our customers a better experience on our store. We’ve never had any issues, but when we needed help today, the support team responded instantly and fixed it straight away. Highly recommend, great app and excellent service!
These are some of the best people to work with. I love this app, makes my titles and headlines so much easier to read for my customers. My product page looks a thousand times better. AND...their customer support is the BEST! Had an issue when I launched a new theme, and they fixed it immediatley. WOW!!! Happy customer here. :)
