We had problems installing it in the Warehouse theme but all we had to do was contact support and give them access to help us, now our page looks incredible with the detailed descriptions. Thank you so much.

This app is absolutely perfect for what we wanted with neat and clean product descriptions. The support is also the best ive ever received from an app, really helpful, the speediest replies, they installed the app for us and were kind enough to make lots of small little adjustments for us so it sat perfectly within our site. Awesome app with great customer support team, the only flaw in my POV is if you choose the free plan you only can add up to 3 product description and you've to upgrade the premium plan and i don't have issue with that, it's already on my top list purchase apps .Thank you Anggy , Juan and all of your team

The app helps to organize your store product descriptions easily. I would suggest you use it if you want a more professional look to your overall site. You do have to pay for the app indefinitely, and you will lose all your work if you uninstall it but I would still go for it because one hopes the increased revenue from a refined website will pay for the app itself.

Easy app to navigate, keeps product pages simple and easy for the user to understand. And as for the support, I have never seen anything quite like it, I had a few questions and was super fast, detailed and gave me some insights on a few areas so learnt something new. 10/10

Customer service is excellent and the app works very well. One note of improvement would be having the ability to use custom code in the elements for embedded interactive elements and multiple images.

Great product easy to use and wow fantastic support!!! I switched my theme with theme updater and had some issues with the Advanced product description not showing the same way as before. I could chat immediately with their helpdesk they walked me through a bunch of steps to take. The one thing that we could not figure out in the live chat was escalated to their developers and within 24Hours I had a fix installed and a fully functioning new system. This is like haveing an inhouse tech support team. Great app and Great team behind the app

Absolutely wonderful product. What classifies this product to be Excellent is the super-responsive support you get when you ask for help. Totally floored by the response time and the detailed walk-through for me to learn and help myself. If you aren't using Advanced Product Descriptions by AppHQ, then you should certainly consider it and install it. Not only is the product page practical, but it also looks refreshing as well. Two thumbs up!

No way to export data from this app. We have over 300 items and customer service told me that the way to export is to copy and paste into a Google Doc. The developers of this app have obviously never run an online store. The app works in all other respects, although the integration is a bit weird because you can't click a button inside the app to return to the Shopify product description. Had I known that these guys developed an app for product descriptions that didn't have export capability, I would have never signed up for this. Apparently, we've got a lot of copy/paste to do before we transfer all of our data over to another app.

I needed a user-friendly way to produce various product description layouts which can be styled to suit my website. I tried coding this myself, but getting the look I needed was becoming very difficult. This app is so easy to use and allowed me to get the product description accordion / drop-down I was looking for. I also got an extremely fast email reply on some coding edits I was looking for.
