I have been trying to use the app but when I change the product description, it doesn't change on the website or my products Shopify tab. Tried to get support but didn't work either.
This reviews not really fair, it was written 1 hour after the support request. Unfortunately I'm are unable to answer every support request instantaneously. I pride myself on great support and usually respond within a couple hours. If you look below there's dozens of reviews about the great support received. Some themes require manual installation. When I went to check the customers he already got it working using the easy to follow manual installation instructions.

Really awesome app! Definitely a great tool to organize descriptions and make the page look professional. And even better customer support. Shout out to Robert Klein for going above and beyond his duty to fix the issue I had at hand.

User friendly app. I love how easy it is to navigate through and there are so many built in customisation options. Robert was also a huge help in the set up for my store. Highly recommend!

Very cool and easy to use App! Products with longer descriptions can be categorised and gives a clean overview and nice User Experience to your customers. Our customers are appreciating the new look and feel. We had some questions (about handling with other apps, no bugs :-)) and Robert was very professional, fast answering and solved it. This is one of the best apps iv'e ever used. Not only that but the customer service was amazing, Robert helped we out through various problems and was very informative and professional. Highly recommended!

I was using a third-party theme from Shopify and had a bit of trouble getting it installed which is no fault of this application, BUT after contacting customer support, Robert was very quick and attentive to my needs and was able to resolve the issue and I love how it looks now!

The app is pretty easy to use. For a complete beginner on Shopify like me, I was able set up the product descriptions very easily. The best thing is - when I needed to customize the Descriptions a bit, Robert helped me do it in no time! He was so quick with his responses. Highly recommend the app!

Robert is super helpful and responsive. I emailed him with some issues I had getting the app installed to fit specifically to my theme, and he responded and fixed the issue in literal minutes. Great service and app, highly recommended!

This app is really useful. If you don’t know actually how to code and you need to create a better product description then you should definitely download Advanced Product Description. It’s actually pretty cheap and comes with several personalizations. It’s also super easy to install and will convert much more then common shopify description section. Also, if you have any problem with installing (our store has a personalized theme and the auto installer struggled a bit) you can write to the support team and they will make it work for you in a while! I think it was the best customer support experience in my life! My buddy and I were pretty impressed by how fast the answer back. Thanks Robert, great job!!

Excellent app is LOVE IT! help me to make my descriptions so much organized and well presented, the best of all, THE SUPPORT I was having some challenges for my lack of knowledge and I've got answer to my questions very quickly and they helped me with some specific request I had.

Very helpful and useful, the majority of these apps cost 50 even 60$ per Month and with this app you can just get the same options a lot cheaper. Highly recommended.
