I was using a third-party theme from Shopify and had a bit of trouble getting it installed which is no fault of this application, BUT after contacting customer support, Robert was very quick and attentive to my needs and was able to resolve the issue and I love how it looks now!

The app is pretty easy to use. For a complete beginner on Shopify like me, I was able set up the product descriptions very easily. The best thing is - when I needed to customize the Descriptions a bit, Robert helped me do it in no time! He was so quick with his responses. Highly recommend the app!

This app is really useful. If you don’t know actually how to code and you need to create a better product description then you should definitely download Advanced Product Description. It’s actually pretty cheap and comes with several personalizations. It’s also super easy to install and will convert much more then common shopify description section. Also, if you have any problem with installing (our store has a personalized theme and the auto installer struggled a bit) you can write to the support team and they will make it work for you in a while! I think it was the best customer support experience in my life! My buddy and I were pretty impressed by how fast the answer back. Thanks Robert, great job!!

This app is great! It makes the product descriptions so much sleeker and best of all, since we're just starting out, we're taking advantage of the free plan. Originally, our product descriptions were long and scrolling, but now with the accordion, they improve the user experience, creating a more manageable product page. Additionally, customer service is 5-star. I had trouble getting the app installed because of an issue with our theme, and Robert was a great help. He had it fixed within a day, and we started to see our conversion rates climb. Thank you to the team that made this app possible and for great customer service!!

This app created a FAQ accordion just as I wanted it for every product. Support has been excellent - responsive and even helped me customize the look and position of the accordion to get it exactly how I wanted.
