Mipler ‑ Advanced Reports

I absolutely love this app, but the best part has definitely been the customer service. I was struggling to get a specific report to work and had almost given up hope. I even contacted a Shopify expert, and they quoted me a ridiculous price to do it. But then I reached out to Denis on the customer service team, who was a total pro. He was able to quickly and easily create the report using the app, and I'm so grateful for his help. If you're on the fence about this app, try it. The customer service alone is worth it.

Love these guys. Shopify doest have the option show reports by hour range. This app was recommended. They didn't have the option either but after a chat with Denis they added the opotion. Great customer service!

This app really solves a lot of problems and that too really fast...data exporting from Shopify takes ages, but through this app it happens in seconds...There are a huge number of variables to play with and I dont think there is any data that u wont get here...Awesome app

This app is a lifesaver. I was going to use Tax Jar for my sales tax reporting. But it can't do what this app can. Customer support is excellent. I am so glad that I found this app.

Used to generate custom sales reports. In particular, filtering on custom metafields was something that we couldn't achieve with other products. Would like the ability to create custom "calculated" columns myself; however the team is generally very responsive to custom requests like this.

This is by far the most robust reporting available for Shopify. The Omega customer service team always responds lightning fast and they have helped every step of the way get the most out of the app with customizations that are game changes for our business.

I usually don't write product reviews, but this app is a wonderful tool. It's really easy to build reports and issue them via hyperlink. I highly recommend!

We use this to help with our reporting, particularly around sales by collection, which isn't available from Shopify itself. We also use the scheduled emails with custom columns to see how we're performing throughout the day, so gives us much improved visibility of how we're trading.

This reporting tool has been really helpful, especially as Shopify reports can be somewhat limited. The team have been great to deal with when we have had ad hoc report requests, a big thank you to Denis for their prompt responses.
