Mipler ‑ Custom Reports

So much information at our fingertips! Love the ability to customize reports to view information when and how I need to see it. Support has been great, Denis has been a great help!

I have been using this app for the past month or so. Honestly, best decision I ever made! Not only are the features for customising the reports amazing but they offer the best customer support! I needed custom reports to make our fulfilment process more time-efficient and without Advanced Reports we would still be manually collating all our orders each day, taking HOURS of time. Denis helps us make any changes to our custom reports to achieve the results we need, he responds very quickly and explains how the issue was fixed so we can include these changes in other reports if we need to. You won't be disappointed with this app! 100% better than standard Shopify reports.

I needed some help with customizing a report and Denis was most helpful in not only getting the customization taken care of, but also crated an additional report that helps make my goals a lot easier.

Wow! I needed a report that Shopify wasn't able to provide. Even using the free version of AR, I received exactly what I needed, and with a paid level of personal 1 on 1 support. Very impressed and grateful that I found this app!

Highly recommended reporting app but had to discontinue using it as the information I needed if for is now available within shopify reports. Awesome customer service.

A well deserved 5-star rating from us! The Advanced Reports app is by a mile the best Shopify app that we use on a daily basis. Denis and his support team are awesome both in response time as well as in the way they handle and solve our issues and challenges. We are a fast growing business with ever complex requirements and hence the need for better and faster insights. The capabilities and flexibility of the app make that we, on purpose, are becoming less and less dependent on underwhelming Shopify reports and cumbersome Excel spreadsheets for our business intelligence. We have found a true partner in Omega Commerce/Advanced Reports and look forward to growing our business and improving our operations with the use of this truly magnificent app.

Really great app that provides excellent insight on a range of different metrics that help with our business intelligence. We currently use it to create custom reports of how specific products and/or their variants are selling, but it also provides insight on your products, orders, customers and a range of other stuff. We can't afford to run too many paid apps on our store as we're a small business and every penny counts, but this one is essential imho to get insight you need for good decision making. Support are also very helpful when you need assistance to get a report up and running.

Built-in shopify reports do not cover our needs, that's why we use Advanced Reports. It is a great app indeed which provides us with extra reports we need, 10 out of 5=) Thanks to the team for this excellent product!

Great support team! The application is easy to use and configure but if you have any advanced requirements like we did the support team is always there to help out. Very happy with the service and application and would recommend it to anyone needing to organise and process their store data.

We added this tool to our Shopify store because it was the most cost effective one we could find on the marketplace that suited our needs. What a WIN for it's functionality and support!!! It is so clean, fast and easy to use. We needed a specific report for UTM Parameter reporting and the fields we needed to report on weren't options in the dashboard. I contacted support expecting a bot or to have to email them a ticket...but I was answered immediately by the most helpful chap, Dirk. He had me hold on while he created the report and the fields I needed. Denis then followed up by email afterwards to make sure it suited our purpose....you don't get support like this often these days and I thought it deserved as shoutout! I am so impressed and grateful, the report will save me hours of manual tracking in Excel. Yay! and Thank you! :) Highly recommend!
