Incredible development team, powerful product. King Webmaster engaged us immediately after install to get training and review additional requirements we had. They came back with a very reasonable estimate to build customizations tailored to us. Highly recommend this product if you need advanced shipping rules.

Dealing with a mix of items that require different shipping methods was a problem with no solution until I found Advanced Shipping Manager. This app provides just about any shipping rule for any product going anywhere. The support had been AMAZING. Burt and Dan have held my hand through the entire process and left me with a perfectly working shipping process. Highly recommended - there is nothing out there like it.

Support is great, Burt walked me through the process more than once. New update allows the ASM catalog to automatically link with Shopify, which is great news. All in all, very happy with the app.

This is the most comprehensive shipping app available. As some others have said, it could use a UI overhaul, but it's functionality can't be beat.

I've worked with Kingwebmaster for a few years now. First when we were using Yahoo Stores and now that we are on Shopify. This is the only app I could find that offers customers an expected delivery date calculator at checkout for each shipping method. Which is huge for us since it helps to convert sales. Many of our customers are last minute shoppers or they need their items for a trip. This feature is especially helpful for customers who need to be assured that their next day air or 2nd day air packages will arrive by a certain date. Burt & Dan are super helpful. They've always answered my emails/questions right away. I feel like they really care about my business. Highly recommend!

Extremely powerful and customizable. We offer shipping via UPS, Fedex, USPS, LTL, offer free shipping over a certain order total for qualified items, and Shopify wasn't able to offer this level of flexibility out of the box. Thankfully ASM offers all of this and more.

Can't be happier with this App. Its easy to install and support from Burt is wonderful. We have been struggling of finding the best shipping set up solution to fit our needs, this one is by far the BEST!

I have never experienced such great customer service! I had a lot of trouble getting my app set up and going and the integration of my particular shipping methods.. Burt however worked with me every day until the problem was resolved! He went above and beyond to get this app working for my store and as many times as I called him he never sounded frustrated with me. No I have real time rates for everything in my store and different shipping methods set up! Thank you Burt for all your dedication in getting this resolved for me! this is an absolute must have app!

At AmericanBarbell.com, we have an extremely complex shipping setup. We have over 1000 products. Many of these products are shipped via normal ground shipping methods, and many of our items require LTL freight shipping. In addition, we offer free shipping on promotional items, and discounted shipping rates based on what a customer may order. We required a very complicated shipping rule setup and Advanced Shipping Manager has had a solution for every problem we could of possibly dreamed up. KingWebMaster is taking care of my need to ship from 5 different suppliers in 4 different zip codes. Plus they make it possible for some of my products to have free shipping, flat shipping or ship by weight calculating with the carrier I have set. They are always there to help me if I have a questions or issue. KingWebMaster meets my needs, but Shopify needs to find a way to integrate the Advanced Shipping Manager into their platform. Automation would save me a lot of time and brain cells.

This is the only real solution for having full control over your shipping. Shopify carrier calculated rates are extremely limited and for companies with a variety of products of all shapes and sizes it doesn't even come close to getting the job done. We required UPS for some packages, and USPS for others. You can call Advanced Shipping manager at any time and they will walk you through to fix any issues. Depending on how complicated your shipping is, it can be tricky to get everything right, the system is very deep and it needs perfect data at every step to get it right. But it's worth it to have actual control of shipping!

If you have complicated shipping needs, there is no better option for you. Period. Their team will work with you one-on-one to solve problems, do custom coding quickly, and take time to trouble shoot any issues. Great experience!

If you have variables set up under your product list and each of those variables means shipping more boxes, this is the only app that I've found (and I've tried quite a few) that will work. My system used to calculate 5 boxes at 10 lbs. each, as simply one item at 50 lbs. However, there is a huge price discrepancy between shipping one item at 50 lbs. and 5 items at 10 lbs. Advanced Shipping has fixed my problem and I couldn't be happier. In addition, the support I received from them was amazing. I have no programming experience whatsoever, however, Burt was able to walk me through the process and made it easy for me to understand. At $75 per month, the app is expensive, but well worth it, because it's going to save me money in shipping costs.

This is a great shipping app that gives us extreme control over various shipping options, allows us to exclude certain shipping methods for individual products and allows us to require different products to ship by themselves. The support has proven to be extremely helpful time and again! Dan is super patient in explaining how everything worked and in assisting with duplicating shipping methods on his end to make things easier for us. He is also very helpful in devising ideas and methods for tricky shipping setups.

We ship items for stair cases that can have USPS Priority mail to UPS ground to LT L freight in the same shipment from different locations across the USA. I came to Shopify after I had started working with Advanced Shipping Manager. This system has made it so we can truly automate our online store and be able to calculate shipping costs. The best Shipping App Ever. Just takes a minute to get setup with a basic product export and then it's really easy to update. We now have FULL shipping control and I can't believe we went so long with out using this software. Worth every penny and the customer service has been excellent.

Wonderfully powerful app! Most orders from our store ship in multiple boxes totaling over 150 pounds. Me and my team must have talked with Shopify a dozen times (maybe more) about this problem and if there was a workaround. Finally, on the last phone call we placed, they revealed this gem of an app. It handles multi-box shipments of any weight and uses real-time carrier-calculated rates. There are so many customizations. It even plays nice with other apps. Burt was extremely helpful in getting me setup and acquainted to the user interface, which is extremely intuitive and simple-to-use. I was relieved when I learned you could do .csv uploads. It's amazing how many apps lack this feature. This is really a must-have app. This app only has one review of less than two stars (at the time I'm writing this, although I don't see it ever getting a bad review) and I don't know why it was negative. The interface isn't on Shopify's website, but working with the Advanced Shipping Manager app is like working on any app in the backend. I realize this started as a Yahoo Merchant Stores program, but it works amazingly in Shopify. I could really care less what other platforms it is built for; we use Shopify and it works great for us.
