We launched a new ecommerce site and implemented Advanced Shipping Manager for our rate calculator. ASM is a great tool to apply all the intricacies of a complex shipping operation. We are able to provide accurate shipping quotes to our customers on our new site. Our rep Burt has done an amazing job at handling any/all questions we have had during setup and the ongoing process.
