ASM has been the only app I've found that provides us with exactly what we needed. Our products ship in multiple, heavy, and large packages, which proved to be difficult to charge our customers for shipping correctly on the website. Support is very quick and responsive when needed. Highly recommend this app if you want to have more control over your shipping charges to your customers.

Exactly what we were looking due to our complex shipping structure for US territory. Easy to setup, quick changes to production. Support is fast and helpful with any guidance needed.

We launched a new ecommerce site and implemented Advanced Shipping Manager for our rate calculator. ASM is a great tool to apply all the intricacies of a complex shipping operation. We are able to provide accurate shipping quotes to our customers on our new site. Our rep Burt has done an amazing job at handling any/all questions we have had during setup and the ongoing process. The quality of the app and its flexibility is only surpassed by the amazing customer service. We do very complicated things on this app and from time to time have a question or we create a new situation for ourselves we are unable to resolve on our own, and we get responses from them in minutes not days. Couldn't recommend more highly.
