Tiana was very helpful and patient during the setup. She explained the app permissions, checked the public llms.txt output, enabled unlimited URLs free of charge, and confirmed that our additional shop-info file was published and linked correctly. Thank you for the clear answers and support!
The setup initially seemed a little complex, but Tiana stepped in and made the entire process considerably easier. Ricky was also kind enough to assist with several necessary unlocks, while Penelope was equally helpful and courteous. An excellent support team, as always.
