We had a fantastic experience with the Avada AEO Optimizer app and, especially, with Christian from the Avada Customer Success Team and the development team. After only a few days of using the app, we realized that being able to include our own custom metafields in the generated product Markdown (.md) files was essential for us. Without those metafields, some important product information from our product pages would have been missing from the files. At that point, we were already seriously considering looking for an alternative solution. Christian listened carefully to what we needed, communicated everything clearly, and worked with the developers to see if they could make it possible. And they did. The Avada team implemented the ability for us to add our own custom metafields to the product Markdown files, which completely changed our experience with the app. Now, all of the important product information available on our product pages can also be included in the .md files, so we no longer have to worry about whether critical details are being left out. This is exactly the kind of customer support you hope to receive from an app developer: they didn't just give us a generic answer or tell us the feature wasn't available. They listened to a real customer need, took it seriously, involved the development team, and actually built the solution. A huge thank you to Christian and the entire Avada development team for proving us wrong when we thought we might have to move elsewhere. You made it happen, and we're extremely happy we stayed. Excellent app, outstanding support, and a team that genuinely listens to its customers. Highly recommended!

Soweit leicht einzurichten, nur der "Veröffentlichung" Button funktioniert nicht. Die Dateien sind dennoch da und erstellt, nur wird es in der App fehlerhaft angezeigt. Der Support konnte erst nicht helfen, erst die Technik hat es mir und dem Support erklärt das es noch ein "überbleibsel" aus einer alten Version ist und das bald behoben sein soll. UPDATE: Der Bug wurde schnell behoben - Danke

Sie haben mit dem "Veröffentlichung"-Button völlig recht, und wir bitten die Verwirrung zu entschuldigen. Wir haben vor Kurzem eine neue Version der Funktion ausgerollt – die App nutzt jetzt die native llms.txt von Shopify, sodass Ihre Dateien automatisch erstellt und ausgeliefert werden, ganz ohne manuelles Veröffentlichen. Das Dashboard war zu diesem Zeitpunkt einfach noch nicht an diese Änderung angepasst, weshalb der alte Button noch zu sehen war. Ihre Daten waren dabei die ganze Zeit korrekt vorhanden und aktiv. Inzwischen haben wir diesen Button aus dem Dashboard entfernt, sodass das von Ihnen gemeldete Problem behoben ist. Außerdem möchten wir uns dafür entschuldigen, dass Ihnen unser Support zunächst nicht direkt weiterhelfen konnte – Ihr Feedback hilft uns sehr, hier besser zu werden. We recently rolled out a new version of the feature and the app now uses Shopify's native llms.txt, so your files are generated and served automatically, with no manual publishing needed. The dashboard simply hadn't caught up with that change yet, which is why the old button was still showing. Your data was correctly in place and active the whole time. We've now removed that button from the dashboard, so the issue you reported is resolved. We'd also like to apologize that our support team couldn't help you directly at first. Avada has been a great help to my store start2finish and although I have yet to make a sale,the traffic has been tremendous
Wow - such a great app and so easy to set up. I reached out to customer services and was immediately connected to a live person and Beeter was just phenomenal. They helped me optimize, turn on features, make sure that everything was enabled. I even asked them what other things I could do to optimize from a product/collection standpoint and they gave great ideas. So excited to see how this gradually improves our discoverability on AEO!
Penelope responded fast to my request for help. Looks like the app is working the way it should.
With the recent Shopify changes for Agentic the llms.txt file this app creates is now redundant and won’t work as Shopify uses agents.md but it can still provide value via alternate markdown still so still worthwhile. Penelope was very good and gave me correct information and walked me through all this. I really appreciate it and the honesty

I've been struggling to get visibility across the internet here with the business and decided to give this a go, given im seeing more and more about LLMs and MD txt files, especially with the increase in AI search visibility. Hopefully this will be one step in moving forward and building better. the Process of installation was simple and I had Ricky who assisted with the whole setup process, and answering all my mundane and ignorant questions. The whole process was seamless and we will see in time what difference it makes to getting out there. 5 Stars for the serivce and assistance.
Fantastic support from Ricky, super helpful in getting me setup on the app. It was especially important whilst the concept of AEO is still quite new to me
