Ricky was extremely helpful! I’ve been using the AEO app for a few months and it actually brings sessions from AI like ChatGPT, and the conversion rate on those sessions is amazing. Now that I know which products convert from AI traffic, Ricky helped me improve the setup so everything is optimized much better. He answered all my questions and the support was fast and very professional.

It is very simple to use and can be done in a few minutes. If there is a problem with generating the link, you can contact customer service directly, Tobias help me complete the generation work quickly.

A good app that allows you to quickly create an LLMS file. I took off one star because it doesn't adequately handle the situation where I paste multi-line text with line separators into the summary in additional fields section. The app says the changes are saved, but they actually aren't. I was only able to resolve this issue after contacting tech support (thanks to Rick), who responded very quickly. What's missing is the ability to add other fields to the file, such as a Primary topics, or to post edit the generated file by manually changing its structure and content.

Great app to install, very easy to understand the settings, and when I needed to check on something the assistance was prompt and very helpful, checking the settings were correct, and ensuring that I had completed every step. Now to see how it improves the site AEO rankings.
