After a while, my links didn't work and no one was available to help me
Hi Apologies for the inconvenience; time-zone differences slowed our first reply. Referral links always route to your store, and if the program is set to “one discount per shopper,” a code that’s already been used (even in testing) won’t trigger again. While testing, a retry in an incognito window will help. We’d love to make this right—if you’re open to giving us another try, we can hop on a quick Zoom, handle the full setup for you, and get your program running smoothly.
