Verry poor support chat and app instalment broked up our theme codes , we not recomand it for use , becarefull with this type of app

Dont waste your time with this app, spent a lot of time customizing every email template, pages, to meet my branding. and when i tried to use the custom domain to use, i followed the instructions, but for some reason didnt work. tried to contact the support, they just keep giving me the same instructions, finally when i showed my frustration with the app, they suggested using another app! that's a piece of art support. for any one who doesn't believe me, i have the full chat.

I have tried to set up this seemingly simple app. I am by no means tech savvy, but I am not an idiot. I have two affiliates that are waiting to be approved and every time I took the approved button and never accept it. I’m not sure how people are actually getting in touch with customer service because it does not matter what time I try to contact them. No one is over there. You definitely get what you pay for because this is free and I have received nothing.
