So far so good, customer service is amazing, Sam was a great help to get things set up!
The team was really helpful and responsive in getting things set up and working for my store.
Very good app with just the features we need! Very easy to set up and also quick and helpful customer support too. Would recommend!
Cette apli semble bien faite. Le support client très dynamique et rapide. Le seul regret c'est de ne pas l'avoir en d'autre langue. je recommande même pour les petites boutique.
Sam was awesome and provided top of the line customer service and tech support. He was very patient and walked me through the process from start to finish. I am very pleased and would highly recommend this app.
Works as it should, I had some difficulties with setting it up because I didn’t look at the other options, and the customer service was very helpful. Now I can start working with affiliates through links that automatically apply the discount or through a coupon code that is linked in the app. Well done to the creator of this app to make something like this for free that has everything it needs.
This is my first time using an affiliate app and wanted something easy to understand and chose this one going by the 5 star reviews. Well I’m joining everyone else to say that it’s an awesome app. Does everything I want plus more and very easy to understand and navigate. The support is also above and beyond, super quick, knowledgeable and friendly. Thanks so much
So far so good. Easy setup, straight to the point. Lots of flexibility. Support is very helpful and communicates fast.
Still learning the ins and outs of this program but it's perfect for what we need!
The support team was very helpful and forthcoming. Our setup went smoothly and we are excited to start using ReferrLy!
è quello che stavo cercando per le affiliazioni, inoltre offre anche affiliazioni a più livelli, consiglio
This was easy to install but zero options to modify any settings. The app did work on tracking affiliate sales, which is more than I can say for some other affiliate marketing apps in the Shopify app store. Not responsive to questions and we uninstalled it as if gave affiliates commission on the product, shipping, and taxes paid by customers and there was not way to uninstall it.
Hi there, Thanks for your review and providing your feedback. However, I would like to mention that the points that you mentioned were not true. 1) Commission is given on the Product price and not on the total revenue. Check the screenshot below about the test order you placed in the app. https://t43314751.p.clickup-attachments.com/t43314751/01f3a9c4-5927-44f9-a6b8-b1c637a29b3e/Screenshot%20Thu%2C%20January%204%2C%202024%2020%3A58%3A27.png?view=open Check the product price is 2.99 and with 10% commission, the commission calculated is 0.3. The commission is on the Order total and not on the revenue 2) Setting not customizable and none-responsiveness We did reply to your email which we received on support chat. But it got bounced with the message "Address not found". Please check your email mailbox setting and check for any misconfiguration https://t43314751.p.clickup-attachments.com/t43314751/102783d0-c1a3-439e-852c-1e0b173191e9/Screenshot%20Thu%2C%20January%204%2C%202024%2021%3A02%3A14.png?view=open The question you asked about how to change the login person image is in settings-> Sign In and for the commission calculation started in above pointed out that it was already getting calculated on Product Price and not order total. Apart from email support, we are also available on chat support, its in the bottom right corner of the screen. I believe it was just a misunderstanding about the app functionality, and we have clarified your question on the commission calculation part. Please let me know if you install the app again and I will personally get on call with you to assist with any question Thanks
