App seemed to work well enough, but it was difficult to cancel our subscription.
It's good to hear from you that the app worked well and we promise we'll have even more good stuff when you join us again. Kind regards.

One of the challenges we’ve been facing with affiliately is recurring inquiries from our affiliates regarding changing sums under their unpaid earnings, sometimes negative sums. This happens due to returns, but we are having a hard time explaining this to our affiliates as the platform does not provide information about the number and value of purchases returned.
We are incredibly sorry for this situation. However, we must clarify that we do include a few ways to inspect those refunds: 1. The value of the original order's price and earnings can be found in the details window > tab Log of each refunded order. 2. You can view the refunded order IDs in the affiliate's details window > tab Earnings > row "Total orders marked as refunded/cancelled per month" 3. And recently we have released a filter status row in the affiliate panels, where your affiliates can find the refunded orders associated with their account. If despite of checking the information you are still having problems, please contact our support team, we will gladly help out! Aside of this, thanks to your observation we're going the extra mile and are working on an improvement on the information displayed to the affiliates about unpaid earnings to help clearing out these situations. Thank you!

This is a functional app. It does exactly what it says it will do. The people behind the coding clearly know what they're doing. The biggest drawback, however is the UI / UX / Design. It's seriously outdated. Embarrassingly so. We are unfortunately forced to move to another app simply for this reason. When you invest a lot of money in the design and branding of your store, you want that branding to be consistent across the board. That includes the Affiliate software you invite your partners to. Please Affiliatly, update the design and we will come back to you.

Customer service never got back to me OR shopify support who contacted them for me. This app lacks a lot but I was willing to put up with it until the customer service let me down. I will now be moving to another platform for my affiliate program in the near future. Response to your updated response. No I never received an email until tonight. Thank you for finally getting back to me.
Hi Kathleen, we have been replying to each of your emails and questions. Have you checked if our replies have ended in the spam/junk folder of your email ? Update: Have you received our email from our other email address (we have sent it on Saturday evening) ? Do you have some other address on which we can contact you ?

It works, but kind of lacking. I tried throwing in a simple logo banner and instructions, but it had some issues displaying in other browsers. Basically, it does have a button that says link generator that's very simple, but it's not graphically intuitive, and for a few bucks more a month, there seems to be better out there for what we need at the moment. Really really wanted to like this App, I think with some tweaks it will be really good, but I think in the end, the affiliates will not be impressed with the lack of having social media sharing interfaces that the other apps have, people like having graphical instructions and simpler interfaces that give them exactly what they want to do without having to figure out or ask for help. I know it's easy to copy a link and paste it, but without being able to easily embed better graphics and instructions on the page itself like the App should have to begin with, I'm unable to do it on my own due to some browser display issues, so unfortunately it's not what we need right now. I'm hoping they'll work on those things and I think they'll have one of the best Affiliate apps out there.
