We just finished setting up Affilitrak after spending hours trying to make Shopify Collabs work the way we needed - without success. Switching to Affilitrak was honestly a breath of fresh air. The app is very easy to get started with, and most things are intuitive and well thought out. The only feature we currently miss is the ability to track beyond 30 days, as that window is a bit short for our use case. That said, their support is outstanding. Fast responses, very knowledgeable, and no “let me check with someone else” back-and-forth. Even with long and detailed questions, we got clear answers right away, which makes a huge difference. At this point, we can only recommend this app. 5 stars from us. Thanks Jacob / uswithpets.com

Comprehensive platform and easy to use for both the store owner and the affiliate. Excellent and fast customer support. I highly recommend.
