As a founder, I lost an incredible amount of time here. The support started out friendly, but as soon as real issues came up, I was completely ignored. Specifically regarding DNS settings (Hetzner): The technical instructions provided were simply wrong. I eventually had to work out the solution myself – explicitly going against the developer's recommendation – to finally make it work. I cannot afford this kind of unreliability as an entrepreneur. Great UI doesn't help if the support fails when it matters. I am switching to a competitor now (BixGrow Affiliate Marketing)

I've since made changes based on your feedback to make the DNS setup easier and to ensure support messages are never missed. I wish you the best with your affiliate program.
