We had to change apps as the one we were using before stopped which was a real pain but every cloud has a silver lining and finding Affilitrak was definitely one for us. The app is better than our previous one, great features, functionality and design. Intuitively laid out, easy to navigate (for both us and affiliates) and set up was straightforward. Great support from the helpdesk when I came up against a few queries when setting up - Fawaz was super speedy, knowledgable and kind, solving everything I asked straight away. Thank you!

Einfache und rasche Einrichtung und genau das was unser junges Unternehmen gerade braucht. Wir können mit dem eigenen Affiliate Portal unsere Partners einfach onboarden. Der Support war auch sehr rasch und Hilfsbereit! Danke vielmals

Great affiliate app and very easy to set up. I was looking for a simple solution to manage influencer commissions and this app does exactly that. The interface is clean, the setup is straightforward, and everything integrates smoothly with Shopify. What impressed me the most was the support — the team is responsive and genuinely helpful. Highly recommended if you're starting an affiliate program and want something simple but effective.

I was looking for a new app and Affilitrak was recommended to me. Their customer service (Fawaz) has been excellent, and the app was easy to install. I was pleasantly surprised to find that their features match those of more established apps. One feature that really stood out is the payout schedule, it can definitely help small brand owners like myself manage cash flow much better.

I recently installed the Affilitrak Affiliate Marketing App for my store after using a different affiliate app for some time and looking for a solid upgrade. I’m really glad I made the switch. Amazing app and also amazing support team which helped me set up everything step by step. They went above and behond when the system wasn't allowing email notifications, degugging it and providing a solution (which was event the app but a DNS setting since I was trying to use my own domain) The app itself already offers a comprehensive suite of features like affiliate portal, MLM, PayPal payouts etc etc...I'm assuming that in the future there will be even more however now it's already top notch Luca

Started using Affilitrak and I must say it has been great!!! Working with Fawaz from Affilitrak was an even more awesome experience (His customer service? A++++++). He guided me step by step, answered every question with patience, and made sure the plugin ran smoothly on my Shopify store. Everything is functioning just as it should, which gives real peace of mind as a business owner. I’m excited to see what new features and tools they release next. Thank you, Fawaz, for the support.
