Started using Affilitrak and I must say it has been great!!! Working with Fawaz from Affilitrak was an even more awesome experience (His customer service? A++++++). He guided me step by step, answered every question with patience, and made sure the plugin ran smoothly on my Shopify store. Although there aren't as many reviews here as some other affiliate apps, every one here was so positive. I decided to give it a try and I'm not disappointed. I haven't set up the details of the app, but the customer service getting my subdomain portal connected was excellent! Mikhail responded quickly, with clear directions and I was and running in under 5 minutes. After perusing the app, it appears to be very robust with all of the functionality I could ever want. If it performs even as half as well as the customer service, it should be awesome! Looking forward to getting started now. I'll update after a few months of using. Thanks Affilitrak team!

Easy to set up and use, good customer service!

This app has been very easy to get set up and the customer service team is incredibly responsive and helpful. I haven't used it too much yet, but based on the ease I've experience, I have high hopes.

Excellent experience from setup to launch. It took a little time to configure everything correctly, but Fawaz provided hands-on support throughout the process — including DNS setup and making sure our email authentication was fully aligned with Google. That level of technical guidance made a big difference. Now our partner program for Modterra Home Partners, a modern lighting and home décor store, is running smoothly and professionally. The platform is clean, reliable, and easy to manage once configured.
