I'm so glad I chose this app to handle my affiliates. It's straightforward, it's easy to use, it has all the features I need, and it works without any hitches. The support is fantastic and I'm a very happy camper! 6 stars!

A very promising app! and superb support setting things up. I almost gave up, as the app was missing a feature i needed, but Affilitrak came through and added it to the app! 5 stars are totally earned!!!

I rarely take time to write a review, but Fawaz has been so helpful that it's hard not to... 10/10 features, super responsive support, and well-made. Setup was truly a breeze, and it looks and feels native (no external domains or emails visible). We tried quite a few alternatives, but this is the one we are sticking to. Thank you!

First time doing affiliate marketing. I was worried the setup would be complicated, but the UI just makes sense. Had it up and running in under an hour. The best part is the support though. They’re super patient. Asked them about commission structures and they really walked me through the strategy behind it and helped me set it up. Highly recommend if you want something powerful but not confusing.

As a founder, I lost an incredible amount of time here. The support started out friendly, but as soon as real issues came up, I was completely ignored. Specifically regarding DNS settings (Hetzner): The technical instructions provided were simply wrong. I eventually had to work out the solution myself – explicitly going against the developer's recommendation – to finally make it work. I cannot afford this kind of unreliability as an entrepreneur. Great UI doesn't help if the support fails when it matters. I am switching to a competitor now (BixGrow Affiliate Marketing)
This is Beckett, founder of Affilitrak. I'm truly sorry for the negative experience you had. The DNS features were quite new when you set them up so we didn't have instructions for your specific domain provider and it turned out they required special instructions. I've built out the DNS features to be much more robust since then. I also apologize for not responding to your messages right away, our responses were slower because the app suddenly started rapidly growing and I needed time to add more people to the team. We are much better equipped now and offer rapid 24/7 support.

Very good app! Most affiliate apps cost money but this one doesn't, while still not sacrificing any features.

And say that, yes, the app is very good, super dynamic, responsive, and very interesting for anyone who wants to work with affiliates in their store. Sehr sehr tolle App. Die Implementierung ist echt durchdacht und alles mit vielen Branding Optionen. Die Affiliates haben ein komplett eigenes Dashboard und haben viel eigene Kontrolle, das gefällt mir sehr. Sie können alle Statistiken einsehen, Links erstellen und auch Rabattgutscheine.

Ich bin super zufrieden. Der Support ist Mega - leider fehlen noch ein paar Wichtige funktionen, aber das wird in Zukunft bestimmt alles umgesetzt. Demnach kann ich die App jedem empfehlen. Super selbsterklärend zu nutzen
