In terms of functionality, options, ease of use and design, this app is THE BEST app on the market in my opinion. Very easy to use and support team is also very competent. The design of affiliate portal is awesome which gives a good impression of my brand to my influencers & ambassadors. Very reasonable pricing and I like the idea that I can create different rules for different types of affiliates. To sum up, great deal and definitely a must have app for marketing for every Shopify store.

At first it was fine but discovered some disadvantages along the way, now I can't unsubscribe and cancel my payments.
Hi, you can unsubscribe to the app anytime. There are no life long commitments. I see that you have already uninstalled the app so your subscription is also cancelled automatically. When you uninstall the app, your subscription is also cancelled at the same time and you do not get charged for upcoming billing cycles. Hope this answer has clarified the misunderstanding to you and has given you the peace of mind.

Very effective, efficient affiliate marketing app! Easy to install, easy to use, great customer service. We had our first affiliate sale within a day of going live with the app. The dashboard provides an excellent overview, and the commission calculation is very flexible. Our first affiliates found the on-boarding process to be easy. Highly recommend to all Shopify store owners!

If you want a referral program for your Shopify store, this app is definitely the best! A lot of useful features, easy management and clean interface. Knowledgeable customer support. And the app's pricing is very reasonable.

I was beyond disappointed in this app. Our team spent about 20 man hours setting it up only to have it become very buggy 8 days after installation. The support team is TERRIBLE. We literally had 1 sentence answers to some of our issues and that was after waiting for 14 hours for a reply. Please, don't waste your time or money on this app. There are several on the market that have great tech assistance and similar functionality.
Thank you for your review. The app setup takes under 5 minutes. Sorry that it took 20 man hours for you. If you had contacted us to get support to setup the app, you could have saved yourself these 20 man hours. Your tickets were mostly related to fix bugs in your store caused by another app. This is outside the scope of customer support. But I still sent you screenshots to help you pinpoint the issue with other app. But to fix the code and bugs in your theme caused by other app is beyond the scope of our customer service :) However, we are happy to help you every step of the way when you need help with Affilo. Anyways, wish you happy sales and success with your Shopify store and hope you and your family stays safe during this health crisis. Cheers!

Affilo has made our affiliate program much more effortless. I especially like the simplicity of adding affiliates and their ability to track commissions. I really appreciate the developer taking into consideration suggestions that are made in bettering the function-ability of the app.

We've tried at least 5 or 6 different affiliate marketing apps - but none have as many robust features as Affilo. This app has it all. PayPal integration - with automated payouts, manual payouts, and 1-click mass payment options. Exactly what we were looking for. It even includes an influencer marketplace! The dashboard UI is attractive and has all the information you need. Customizable email templates, banners, custom content uploads for media kits, etc, MLM, custom discount codes and links, QR codes for Instagram, multiple ways to pay out commissions, including tiers and bonuses. An incredible feature set, excellent technical support and a very competitively priced subscription plan, and Affilo is an absolute must-have app. Highly recommend!

I got this app 2 days ago and absolutely love it. it's sleek and very easy to use. I love the interface, steps to take, affiliate dashboard and many features included to create a successful affiliate program. I couldnot wait to end my trial and subscribe so I can fully use this app in my store. Customer service is also amazing, all my questions answered promptly. Thank you Affilo!

Honestly, there is no other referral program app that beats this one. I have been using this app on one of my other stores and it has generated 5,000+ in revenue for me in just 3 months. I have tried almost all referral program apps in my other store. This one is indeed the best one. It saves a lot of time as I do not need to micro manage anything in this app. Best bang for the buck and the overall vibes of this app are light years ahead of others. If you are serious about growth and want to save time, go for this app. People behind this app know what they are doing. Support is also wonderful. They even added a feature for me when I asked for it.

Wonderful experience. Very useful app with very easy to use interface and methodology. The app costs just 25 bucks but I am happy to pay even a 100 bucks for it. Lots of features and I see that the developers are continuously working on adding more features in the app. They have listed out the updates in the app which is amazing.

I am very happy with this app. It offers a great selection of tools and lots more in development too. Price is reasonable, and service is great. Ignore the 3 x current 1 star reviews, I find it funny reading reviews like these, people who have no idea what they are doing and giving it a bad review because they can't be bothered to read some quick documentation, this app is one of the simplest affiliate apps i've used. - Scott Casewarehouse.com

Andivia Beauty With this app, there seems to be no guided on how to get started. What good is having a lot of bells and whistles with no explanation on where to begin. Don't waste your money on something too complicated to be useful. I would give this a 1 star Update Customer Service contacted me offering to help me. When we started communicating, I expected that some type of remote viewing or chat software would be used. No sir. I have to explain my problems by using emails. I would ask a question and wait 5 mins for a response. Finally, I threw in the towel. I was done. I couldn't waste time communicating via 5-year-old technology. Customer service needs improvement.
You never contacted us for any help. But after you left a review, I contacted you offering a live support session using TeamViewer. But you do not want to use it. Then I asked you to list out the things you need help with via E-mail, you don't want to do that either. So, I really do not understand how you want me to help you. We also have a documentation of the app and offer excellent customer support. But neither you want to read the documentation, nor you want help via TeamViewer, nor you want help via Emails. So, if you have any other suggestions for me helping you, please let me know. If emails, documentation, chat or TeamViewer look a 5 year old technology to you, then please let us know which latest technology you want us to use to offer you technical support. I would really appreciate it.

So sooo easy to use. I am impressed with the interface. Has many useful features and offers a lot of value. Another very important fact is that, we can create as many affiliate programs for our store as we like using this app.

I do like this app so far, however I don't like that you cannot charge a monthly membership fee like most affiliate subscriptions do.
