Messaging was straightforward to install when following the instructions. Unsure if all of the people having issues are on an incompatible theme, but this worked fine for me!

The first step is to connect my account. When I access the link though, it takes me to a page where you apply for an Afterpay merchant account despite logging in with an email that is linked to an already-existing Afterpay merchant account.

This APP worked excellently and solved my problem in 5 minutes. Similar to what the earlier 5-star reviewer said, this APP is for helping you display Afterpay as a payment option on your product listing page so your customers know you offer Afterpay. The app delivers on what it promises. If you want your customers to know you offer Afterpay as a payment option in addition to ShopPay, this is the app you need.

It's a waste of time, the app doesn't work. Technology is so advanced that even new apps are working flawlessly on Shopify themes but a company of such a big stature couldn't afford to fix their app.

Doesn't work for my store. Going round in circles with support for 6 months. "We can confirm that your account is currently undergoing compliance checks. A member of our Compliance Team will be in contact shortly with the next steps via a separate email thread. This case will be closed as you have reached out to the post-integration technical support." "We've closed this support request. Your request was not able to be resolved today."

App was working fine before now it has completely stopped. Shopify is warning companies to remove it. Im going to wait for an email response afterpay or a phone call before giving up about what I should do.

It is very difficult to reach anyone in customer service, I've sent multiple help tickets and no response. Why is there no customer service number? I need to speak with someone, as soon as possible.

AfterPay as a service is fine. This app is garbage. I updated my theme and tried to get AfterPay info back on my site, this app fails after the first 2 steps in the set-up. Support is non-existent.

I have tried to get this app up and running several times with no success. I get an email to login, then it says compliance review is still reviewing, even though i get emails to say review is completed and ready to install. until afterpay get their install / integration sorted I will give it a miss.
