I spent almost two hours troubleshooting my upsell setup, and there were a few frustrating moments, especially when a real customer order was modified during testing without my approval. That said, the support team (Mark and Dom) stayed with me the entire time and helped get everything fully resolved. They were patient, responsive, and made sure the final setup works smoothly. Great support overall, but Iād love to see more caution around live orders.
