This change of search was huge for our store and customers, as conversion rate is up and customers give great feedback to the conversational experience. I talked to the team and heard about more features to come for this tool and I look forward to see things like visual search.

A huge upgrade to our store’s search experience where the agent understands real shopper intent instead of just matching keywords. The setup was easy and really simple to work with, 5 minutes and it was up and running and now I keep training to make it suite our needs, great app overall!
