A highly useful and practical app! I had over 1,000 products, and SEO Hero really helped me generate alt text quickly and efficiently. Highly recommended ++++++

Super useful app. I was able to get the Alt Text generated for 2000 images in just about an hour. So far I have encountered 2 bugs, however the customer service team was incredibly quick to respond, take action and resolve the issues. The AI does have an issue with character count in case you mean to keep them limited to a certain number of characters, however the descriptions it provides are solid and descriptive. I will definitely continue using this app for the foreseeable future.

Provides excellent, detailed alt text descriptions, and allows you to customize the prompt to include necessary information/formatting. Customer service is incredibly fast and helpful. Highly recommend for its purposes.

Great app overall. The bulk processing feature is a lifesaver, and the AI does a solid job with most images. Took off one star because sometimes the descriptions are a bit too generic for very specific technical products, but customer service was super helpful in adjusting the settings to improve this. Would recommend for most stores.

I tried a few other apps before, but this is the only one where the generated text actually made sense. I also like the fact that you can add in keyword that you want to focus on.

vierd accounting, i have total 2000 images paid them several times and each time the available credit becomes 0. Why can not the developer have a clean accounting

This app was very easy to install on my shopify store. Their support was super fast and they answered all my questions quickly. I have about 100 products and this app worked well. I would recommend.

Great tool for time poor ecom peeps

We used the alt image generator for several transactions and encountered a major issue. There was no option to add more credits, which meant we had to rebuy the monthly plans each time we exhausted our credits. This seemed like a way for the company to make more money than necessary. Despite our multiple purchases, we were eventually banned, which feels unjust given the revenue we were generating for them. The service needs to reconsider its credit system and user policies.

Works fast and with lots of keywords. I liked it. very easy setup. Support was friendly and helpful :) Recommend this app.

Works really well. The alt text is very accurate. This will help with accessibility and improve SEO in long run.

We have an extensive image catalog, and the idea of writing all of the alt text seemed unbearable. We tested several other AI alt text generators and none came close to the power of this app! Considering other apps simply add alt text that doesn't really mean anything, such as only including the product title, this app impressed me as the text generated really described the content of the images, and did it accurately. For anyone looking to add alt text in bulk, this app is definitely worth trying.

It just works really well. Allowing you to select all imaged or just the ones that don't have the Alt text at all. Easy use.

The app is promising. I had a small issue installing on my Shopify store but it was quickly resolved. You go through credits rapidly depending on how many images you have in your store. So far it's a winner. I'll come back again once I get a true pulse on SEO numbers.
