Perfect combination of cutting-edge AI tech and rare, top-tier customer service! As the owners of "Nool Carpets," our visibility in AI-driven search engines (GEO) is absolutely critical. The Vizby app does wonders for our Shopify store, making sure our products are beautifully optimized and highly visible across leading AI agents. But the real game-changer is their team. Michal, who handles our account, is an absolute gem! She is incredibly patient, a true professional at the highest level, and always razor-focused on driving real results for our business. Working with Vizby on their Enterprise package has been very valuable for Cirage Paris. What made the biggest difference was that this wasn't just another software tool. The Vizby team worked alongside us, helping us understand where Cirage should appear in AI search, identifying the right opportunities and prompts, and guiding us on what needed to improve across our product pages, content, and external presence. The account management was a real strength. We had people thinking with us, bringing ideas, following up consistently, and helping execute—not just sending reports. For a brand like ours, where positioning and product details matter, that level of involvement was important. The Vizby team also made a conscious effort to accommodate specific requests that were important to us, even when it created additional complexity on their side. We really appreciated that flexibility and willingness to adapt. Another aspect we valued was that many of the assets Vizby helped create remain ours, even if we decide to reduce the scope of engagement in the future. That makes the investment feel much more long-term and meaningful. We would recommend the Enterprise package to brands that want to take AI visibility seriously and are looking for a partner that works alongside them, not just a platform.

I've been using them for a while now, and the results are amazing! We’ve been using this app to automatically generate SEO/GEO blog posts and product descriptions, and it’s made a big difference. A really helpful app for improving visibility in AI search. Support with Michal is excellent.
I started using Vizby for my mad honey store and it gave me a much clearer picture of how I show up in AI tools like ChatGPT and Gemini. I liked that it was straightforward. It pointed out what was missing and what I could actually fix, without overcomplicating things. The Made for Shopify part also made it easy to make changes quickly. If they offer a strategy call, I would take it. That was the most useful part for me since it made everything a lot clearer and more specific to my store. Overall, it just helped me understand something I was not really thinking about before.
