Working with Vizby on their Enterprise package has been very valuable for Cirage Paris. What made the biggest difference was that this wasn't just another software tool. The Vizby team worked alongside us, helping us understand where Cirage should appear in AI search, identifying the right opportunities and prompts, and guiding us on what needed to improve across our product pages, content, and external presence. The account management was a real strength. We had people thinking with us, bringing ideas, following up consistently, and helping execute—not just sending reports. For a brand like ours, where positioning and product details matter, that level of involvement was important. The Vizby team also made a conscious effort to accommodate specific requests that were important to us, even when it created additional complexity on their side. We really appreciated that flexibility and willingness to adapt.
