I am really happy so far with how the Octocom chat bot has been performing. I can see all the interactions and how useful it is for customers who have placed orders and potential customers. The Octocom team is highly responsive and on top off things. I highly recommend their technology - it's very impressive!

I want to thank Laurynas and Lukas from the Octocom team. They have been nothing short of excellent! The software is great, packed with features and customisation options, and their support has been outstanding from the very beginning. They even created a dedicated Slack channel for us to communicate directly, which made onboarding and ongoing support super smooth. Their responsiveness and willingness to adapt to our needs have made a real difference. Highly recommend Octocom to anyone looking for a flexible and well-supported solution!
