No-brainer for anyone using Klaviyo. Picks up customer data (in a non-skeevy way) that you're otherwise missing. Nothing gray/black hat, like many other competitors in the space. Just legitimate data from customers who have opted-in that you can use to help them find the product they want.

We’re extremely happy with Aimerce. We use the tool to generate significantly better data for our Meta pixel, which works incredibly well and has noticeably improved data quality. It also helped us get out of Meta’s Health & Wellness restrictions - or at least regain visibility and data in our ad account. On top of that, the support is outstanding. We’ve been using Aimerce for server-side tracking and it’s been a really solid experience so far. Everything was straightforward to set up and it’s given us much more confidence in the data we’re seeing. The biggest standout for us has been the customer support. They were honestly fantastic. Super responsive, helpful, and patient when walking us through questions. It felt like they actually cared about making sure things were working properly, not just checking boxes. Would absolutely recommend Aimerce if you want reliable server-side tracking and great support behind it.

We were having some significant problems getting pixel event data set up correctly with our headless store - we were jumping from app to app, adding code, removing code, messing around with GoogleTagManager; it just was not working well. What truly sets her apart is not just the product, but her level of ownership and responsiveness. Emails and linkedin messages are answered incredibly fast (often within 30 minutes), and when things need deeper attention, she doesn’t hesitate to jump on a video call to troubleshoot and resolve issues hands-on. That level of commitment is rare in SaaS. Aimerce as a platform is thoughtfully built, but Yiqi’s execution and customer obsession make the experience stand out. We’ve had a great experience with Aimerce. Yiqi and Tal have been excellent to work with, responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in making sure we’re getting value from the app. We use Aimerce primarily for Klaviyo abandoned cart flows, and that alone makes the app pay for itself. By identifying more visitors and extending tracking well beyond the standard window, we’re able to send meaningfully more abandoned cart emails and recover orders that would have otherwise been lost. The data quality is reliable and actionable, and the Klaviyo integration works exactly as advertised without adding complexity. If abandoned cart recovery matters to your business, Aimerce is an easy recommendation.

Yiki and Tal have both been great to work with, and the Klaviyo add-on has been a surprisingly big win for us. Since implementing Aimerce, we’ve seen our event quality jump from ~6 to 9+ across all major metrics, and our CPA has been on a really nice, steady decline. Great product and team. As a Head of Growth with limited development resources this makes CAPI integrations with ad platforms & IDing anonymous users on our website very streamlined. They keep adding new features and integrations too which is a cherry on top because I originally used this for Meta + Klaviyo.
