Yiqi is an incredible brilliant amazing human being. She is solving a HUGE problem. And she is very responsive on emails....in less than 30 mins you'll get a response. She will also get on a video call, troubleshoot and fix any issues for you. Yiqi - is the BEST! Incredible support from Yiqi at Aimerce! She walked me through the entire setup and made everything effortless. Best support experience I’ve ever had. Meta events are already showing higher EMQ in less than 24 hours.

Aimerce offers significantly better tracking, seamless Klaviyo integration that drives more revenue, and exceptional support. The founder herself is directly reachable via email and personally handles the onboarding process, while also providing expert guidance on everything related to Meta. It’s truly a no-brainer — superior in every aspect compared to Wetracked. I now use Aimerce for all of my stores

Wonderful experience with Yiqi. She personally went on a call with me to show the setup and answered all my questions via email. She even responded to me on weekends. Great support and great tool for healthcare businesses to track conversions despite Meta's restrictions.
