Aimerce is a must-have if you're running Meta traffic. After working with multiple apps/freelancers, no one was able to fix my tracking. Yiqi (the founder) worked with me personally and we got everything fixed in a day or two. Their Klaviyo flows pay for the subscription on both of my stores so it's a no-brainer imo. If you're running Meta and not using Aimerce, just kill your ads now lol

I was dealing with missing purchases and delayed attribution in my Meta Ad Manager and it was messing with my decisions on what to do with ads. Not huge gaps, but enough that I would second guess if the numbers are actually accurate or up to date. And when I'm trying to make ad decisions based on that, it slows everything down. Aimerce fixed that pretty much right away. The attributions got so much cleaner after installing (literally 100% accuracy), attribution stopped being laggy, and I could actually look at my data and trust it. That alone was worth it honestly, just having the confidence when I'm evaluating what's working and what's not. The support really surprised me too. Yiqi, the founder, personally reached out, helped me get everything set up, and followed up to make sure it was actually running right. Not a generic help article, she looked at what I was seeing and walked me through it. That kind of attention from the founder is something I genuinely did not expect. Quick email responses, Google meets calls, etc go a long way when you're trying to understand something you're not an expert in. If you're running Meta ads and your attribution feels off or inconsistent, trust me this is what you want.

We’ve been using Aimerce for a few months now, and the impact has been very real for us. Our buying cycle is long, and what Aimerce does exceptionally well is first-party tracking. Being able to track visitors for much longer than the standard 7-day window and feed that data into Klaviyo and Meta has completely changed our retargeting performance. The abandoned browse flow in particular has become our top-performing flow and a major driver of incremental revenue. The Chrome extension and audits are another big win. It’s like having an extra set of expert eyes checking flows, filters, images, links, and configs that are very easy to miss manually. Huge time saver and great for quality control. We were skeptical early on, but after giving it time to fully collect data, the results spoke for themselves. Support has also been excellent - knowledgeable, honest, and not pushy about upgrades. If you run a store with a longer consideration cycle, Aimerce is absolutely worth it.

We use Aimerce on our Shopify store Bubbadue, and it has honestly been one of the most impactful apps we’ve added to our marketing stack. Aimerce does exactly what it promises: it captures and leverages first-party data in a way that actually improves performance. With server-side tracking, we’re now recovering data that was previously lost to ad blockers and iOS updates, and being able to track visitors for up to a full year (instead of just days) has given us a much clearer picture of the complete customer journey. The Klaviyo integration has been a standout for us — we’re identifying more visitors over time and sending significantly more accurate cart abandonment and email campaigns. No-brainer for anyone using Klaviyo. Picks up customer data (in a non-skeevy way) that you're otherwise missing. Nothing gray/black hat, like many other competitors in the space. Just legitimate data from customers who have opted-in that you can use to help them find the product they want.

Aimerce as a product is great but the support is even better, yiqi is on top of everything and diligently treats all her clients with care and respect. Definetly better then retraced

My ads turned around over night after implementing Aimerce with my own brand. Now I insist on setting it up it with any ad account I work on. Data quality is everything and I trust Aimerce with my data. Plus Yiqi and the team is great to deal with!

It's one of the best pro trackers out there, it installs very quickly, and the support service is 10 out of 10. They answer any questions and offer very quick help, they're fantastic. I have a couple of recommendations that would be very helpful for the app in the future: that they offer a more affordable plan focused mainly on store owners who are just starting out, and we only need meta ads. But with the first month free, it's definitely worth trying, or adding a minimum, for example, that after 20 orders, the app has to be paid for, since during that trial month we haven't been able to sell anything as we are beginners. On the other hand, an update for more professional users would be to add something like an ads dashboard, which not only shows you the campaign metrics, but also helps you determine which ads are working and which are not. That said, aimerce is highly recommended!

Aimerce has been great since implementation. Event quality has increased, and the customer service/onboarding experience has been a breeze. We have no plans on switching, we highly recommend Aimerce.

We’re extremely happy with Aimerce. We use the tool to generate significantly better data for our Meta pixel, which works incredibly well and has noticeably improved data quality. It also helped us get out of Meta’s Health & Wellness restrictions - or at least regain visibility and data in our ad account. On top of that, the support is outstanding. We’ve been using Aimerce for server-side tracking and it’s been a really solid experience so far. Everything was straightforward to set up and it’s given us much more confidence in the data we’re seeing. The biggest standout for us has been the customer support. They were honestly fantastic. Super responsive, helpful, and patient when walking us through questions. It felt like they actually cared about making sure things were working properly, not just checking boxes. Would absolutely recommend Aimerce if you want reliable server-side tracking and great support behind it.

We were having some significant problems getting pixel event data set up correctly with our headless store - we were jumping from app to app, adding code, removing code, messing around with GoogleTagManager; it just was not working well. We installed Aimerce - their team was able to make some quick adjustments to get the data customized for our needs and now it all just works.
