HITRENDS ECOM review for AG Product Reviews App & UGC

I was facing difficulties in the installation and importing reviews with air app. I was thinking to delete the app but then I thought to contact support where Ms. Lydia helped me out of the way which I was not expecting. Actually I was setting up a new store and the problems were on my end which she helped me removing those errors after which the app is now working successfully. Her support was exceptional, she did nor show any hesitancy and remained cooperative throughout the process. I recommend this app, not only for its good working but if you stuck somewhere, the staff is there to resolve your issues. Thanks
