Rackpack review for AG Product Reviews App & UGC

ive tried judge.me, yotpo (which didnt even work, couldnt send any emails, support was non existent), loox, and a few others and this by far is the best. SOOO many features available on free plan (like even allowing you to set up discounts for reviews), everything was so easy to set up and use even though im not using dawn or a standard theme. i ran into some problems with the set up and sending some emails to past orders, and the chat support was immediate. i spoke with felicity who helped answer my questions and was super helpful sharing screenshots and answering my questions. i think this is amazing value for what you get, and when my store grows and i need more features i will be glad to pay for their paid plans, if this is the support i get already on free. excellent.
