I had some trouble getting my reviews and testimonials to display correctly after migrating, but the Avada support team was excellent. Bill helped me import the reviews, and Avery took over when things weren’t showing up properly. They carefully checked my settings, explained what was happening, and even added some sample testimonials so I could see everything working. What stood out was the patience and persistence, they stayed with me until reviews, ratings, and the review box were all visible again. Big thanks to Avery especially for following through until the end. Solid support and a helpful app once configured.
